1. These kind of customized design DC power rail carts are applied to transfer heavy steel or aluminum coils. In order to avoid the steel coils falling down from the rail cart, we design a V-frame. Metallurgy industry (steel ladle); With the functions of steady traveling, step less speed regulation, the customized design DC power rail cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc. Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree , due to the high temperature, the rail cart should be designed with heat exposure proof device, especially to the battery, motor, reducer and electric appliance.
